Lab Nine - Biology of CORONAVIRUS SARS-2 (COVID-19) 

 

OK...to us get back on track to doing Wiki Assignments, we will not do a Wiki on the Urinary System but will be timely on what's happening right now with COVID-19.

Instructions:

Each student will post a Wiki Page on a unique, original posting on some "Biology aspect of the COVID-19 or Coronavirus SARS-2".

10 points Possible

 

Start by going out on the web and search about COVID-19 or the Coronavirus SARS-2.  Your objective is to post some biological aspect of what we know about COVID-19 or the Coronavirus SARS-2 virus / epidemic.

 

Grading will be based on the following criteria:

 

Scoring Rubric -

10 points: If your Organ COVID-19 or the Coronavirus SARS-2 Wiki page includes the following.

  1. Link from from this Wiki page to your COVID-19 or the Coronavirus SARS-2 Wiki page.
  2. Insert (or post) an appropriate image / video / animation to help support your COVID-19 or the Coronavirus SARS-2 Wiki page.
  3. Text description on a biological makeup of COVID-19 or the Coronavirus SARS-2. 
    1. i.e. What's structure and function on the virus?, How does it infect cells?, How does it spread?, How does if affect human health?, How can it be prevented?
  4. Reference URL (link) NOTE: MUST BE A DIFFERENT REFERENCE URL FROM ALL THE OTHER STUDENTS (Check to verify).

 

7 points: If your COVID-19 or the Coronavirus SARS-2 Wiki page includes 3 of the items listed above.
