Article : This 12 page article goes in depth about the science behind cloning cells, animals, and other things that scientist have been experimenting more with under this sub section of this field. The first few pages talk about what exactly goes into cloning something and the common side effects of these cloned cells. Then it gets into the potential that cloned cells could have in therapy such as reducing the risk of rejection when new cells are placed into their bodies because they would essentially be the same cells that have just cloned. Towards the end of the article the authors also give in depth information about some things that limit research like this and other options someone chose besides this kind of therapy. It ends with the conclusion paragraph that states that this type of therapy combined with other could be largely beneficial to our population and it is important the research continue.

I do think that there should be continuous research on stem cell therapy if it continues to be used because everything is always changing, once there is a good outcome and success found today who's to say that tomorrow it will be the same. I also think that this can be an amazing technology accessible to people, there are currently about 114,000 people in just the United States on the transplant list with about 20 of them dying on a daily basis due to not receiving their transplant. If this science gets perfected that list could be drastically reduced along with the death rate. Especially with the very low chance of rejection i think it would benefit the elderly people highly and also everyone else on the list.
