Prostate Cancer
This is cancer located in the prostate. It an oval shaped gland that “produces the seminal fluid that nourishes and transports sperm.” This is in males only. It’s the most common cancer a male could get. It can grow slowly or very fast.
Symptoms
- “Trouble urinating
- Decreased force in the stream of urine
- Blood in semen
- Discomfort in the pelvic area
- Erectile dysfunction”
If you have any signs or concerns you should seek out to your provider or any doctor. It is very highly treatable if you catch it in the early stages. You could do “surgery, radiation therapy, brachytherapy, and conformal radiation therapy” If you want to have children and you find out you have prostate cancer you will most likely have fertility problems so it is recommended to talk about your options.
