It can be difficult to know if you have Fibromyalgia because there are so many differant possible symptoms.

Unfortunatly, a lot of the symptoms for this disease are like many other diseases.

This condition is most commonly known for the pain it causes. It often also causes fatigue and confusion.

There is no know cure for Fibromyalgia, there are however many effective treatments available.

Most sufferers find some relief with a combination of medication, exercise, and meditation.

Reducing stress is known to help with symptoms because your body is more sensitive to pain when stress levels are high.

When exercising for treatment, it is important to do work outs that don't put too much stress on your joints,

biking and swimming are a couple good examples of appropriate exercises that should help with symptoms.

Research has shown a possible link with Osteoporosis and Fibromyalgia.

It is now known that one in fifty Americans suffer from this condition.

Although men are not immune, around 80 to 90% of those diagnosed are women.

A diagnosis can take, on average, up to 5 years to receive.

Also, around 60% of people diagnosed are in the age range of 30-40.
